Broken equipment can cost a merchant hundreds, or even thousands, in lost revenues and equipment replacement costs. Be sure to protect yourself with the Premier Terminal Replacement Plan. For just $6.99* per month, Premier will replace any broken or malfunctioning terminal within one business day**.

If you obtain a Merchant Account with Premier, we will even cover equipment that was purchased through another provider!

*$6.99 per terminal. Wireless terminals, Check Readers and Check Imagers are $19.99 per month due to higher equipment costs.

**Request must be made before 1:00pm Central to be guaranteed next business day.

Exceptions: Some terminals are ineligible for coverage under the Terminal Replacement Plan. This includes all POS Integrated Systems, Touch-Screen Systems, Signature Capture devices, PC Based Systems, and terminals that Premier is not compatible with or are not supported by our Authorization Networks.
