We believe in taking an active role with our merchants. One of the ways we do this is by providing Merchants with periodic reviews of their processing statements. For Merchants interested in partnering with Premier and would like a review of your processing statements detailing your potential savings, please fill out our Request a Quote form.
For current Premier Merchants, we will provide you with an analysis every six months* showing you what your actual to-date savings are compared to the savings that we quoted initially. In essence, we are essentially "auditing" ourselves every six months. We want to ensure that you are confident that we are providing you the best possible services, at the best possible rate. It is possible that we may be able to introduce additional savings as a result of these audits. |

In addition to outlining your to-date savings, the Rate Review allows you to self-audit the fees being assessed on your merchant Account each month. The Rate Review reorganizes the information on your statement in an even easier-to-read formate. Many Merchants use the Rate Review to ensure that they have a fill understanding of how to read their monthly processing statements. While each fee is explained on the statement; it helps to have the fees represented in a line item detail format as we do on our Rate Review.
*A Relationship Manager will call you every six months to offer a Rate Review amoungst other service related inquiries. Merchants may deny the Rate Review. |
