Premier's in-house Support is centered on providing personalized service. In addition to our Support Team, Premier provides Merchants with access to an after-hours call center for issues that need immediate attention. We encourage Merchants to call Premier Payment Systems Support Team for all Merchant Account related inquiries during normal business hours, and for all non-emergency inquiries that can be submitted during normal business hours. Please reserve the call center support line for after-hours issues that need immediate attention such as terminal function issues or transaction approval inquiries.

We encourage Merchants to be aware of the Operating Regulations and Procedures that govern their Merchant Account. Both Visa© and MasterCard © publish Merchant Operating Procedures on their respective websites.

All Merchants who accept Electronic Payment Transactions are party to the Operating Regulations and Procedures.
It is important to be aware of these policies as they can affect your relationship with both your customers and your Merchant Services Provider. Additionally, violation of these procedures could lead to a financial impact on your business. It is important to choose a Merchant Services Provider who will help you understand how to best operate within the Operating Regulations and Procedures.
